Steelcorp is committed to quality, sourcing steel and building materials locally, with each structure fabricated in our manufacturing facility in Wangaratta, Victoria. We use Australian-made brands, including BlueScope steel, COLORBOND® sheeting, Kingspan Insuliner, and Fletcher Permastop building blanket, all sourced from within Australia.

The Story Behind Our Quality Australian Made Buildings
Steelcorp, an official Australian Made partner, operates a full-service manufacturing facility in Wangaratta, Victoria. Since our founding, we have prioritised buying local to support the Aussie economy across our supply chain. Today, we’ve grown into a comprehensive design and construct partner, able to deliver complex warehouse projects and commercial sheds nationwide.
Our Steel
At Steelcorp, we proudly use Australian-made BlueScope steel in our Wangaratta factory. BlueScope, the producer of COLORBOND® steel, is among the largest global suppliers of coated and painted steel building products, producing a significant portion of flat steel products in the market.
Our steel construction service only includes Australian structural steel for our universal beam (UB) and tube sections, as well as original COLORBOND® material for the roof and wall cladding of large-scale commercial, industrial, and rural structures. This quality commitment ensures durability and longevity in every commercial shed and warehouse project we complete.
Our Insulation
Steelcorp offers two premium insulation options: Kingspan Insuliner and Fletcher Permastop blanket insulation, both sourced directly from Australian manufacturers.
Fletcher Permastop building blanket is made in Australia, with its glass wool component crafted from up to 80% recycled materials. These materials might otherwise go to landfill, making Fletcher Permastop an environmentally responsible choice.
Kingspan Insuliner is also locally produced in Victoria, with Kingspan’s Somerton plant on track to be Australia’s first Green Star-rated manufacturing facility, emphasising our commitment to sustainability.
