We will work together to design the structure that you need, for the purpose you need it. From small sheds to large industrial structures, the Steelcorp team will help you from concept to completion. In this stage we use our 100 years of combined experience to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with the final outcome of your chosen design.
Let’s have a look
If required, Steelcorp will inspect your site to assess its suitability. This helps with the design process but also allows us to deal with any issues such as access, drainage and prime structure location early on in the process.
Drawing up the plans
Your custom-engineered plans are created with care by our engineering team to ensure your structure will exceed Australian standards.
Building permits and approvals are often necessary before construction of your structure can begin. This can be tricky and does take time. Let our expert team guide you through the process and streamline it for you with our network of building surveyors & local planners.
Get it ready
Once the build has the tick of approval from council it’s time to get cracking. Materials are ordered from our local suppliers and are delivered to our holding yard. Site works are often underway by this stage with concrete slabs/footings being poured.
Our team of qualified steel fabricators are now ready to turn raw materials into your custom structure. Trusses, columns, brackets and components are accurately produced in our workshop using our own machinery.
Deliver to site
Our team now arranges a suitable time for material delivery. Using Steelcorp transport, our drivers carefully deliver and unload on your premises.
Once the custom kit arrives on site its time for installation. Our installation teams are experienced at building Steelcorp structures and understand the importance of careful construction.
It’s all yours
The structure is now yours – we perform a formal handover which ensures you are satisfied with the completed project. Our structures are built with care and we use Australian steel. Service, quality, strength – all under one roof.
All projects that have been issued with a permit are required to obtain a ‘final certificate’. The building surveyor who worked with you on the permit will visit the site to make sure your completed structure meets all the requirements.
